WordPress Automatic plugin can automatically post vimeo posts to WordPress. but you will need to get a valid access token so the plugin can utilize the API

1- Visit this link https://developer.vimeo.com/apps login or create a new account then login if you don’t already have one

2- Click on the “Create an app” button

3- Fill the three required fields as below and hit “Create”

4- once created scroll the page till you find   the “Authentication” tab, then click create

5- Now you have generated the token copy it to your plugin settings and hit save
